Our Wellness Retreats

Peace is at the heart of the ethos at Lisnavagh House, and our retreats help the process of resting and restoring the body and mind. Each weekend includes expert tuition from our carefully selected teachers. Each retreat suits all levels and each programme is created to give you the best combination of energising exercise or tuition and relaxation.

Accommodation

Each guest has their own individually styled bedroom, with historic views of the gardens and parkland or there is alternative accommodation in our stables courtyard adjacent to Lisnavagh House.

Between the classes you can experience a multitude of delights as you unwind, curling up on the sofa with a good book by a big log fire in the oak paneled library, or taking a snooze in the blissful quiet of your bedroom, soaking in a luxurious bath with no time pressure, or sipping tea as you take in expansive views of the pleasure grounds.

Getting Here

There is a regular bus service to Rathvilly (3 miles from Lisnavagh and we can collect you from here) from Dublin Busarus in with Bus Eireann www.buseireann.ie and www.jjkavanagh.ie also run a service from Dublin to Carlow town - 20 minutes from Lisnavagh and a €30 taxi ride from opposite the bus station in Carlow.
