
The Kitchen
The Lisnavagh Kitchen is run by Emily Bunbury who takes great interest in nutrition and wholly believes in the power of food and how we should eat with the seasons. Using organic ingredients from local suppliers and the Lisnavagh Walled Garden at Lisnavagh, Emily and her team enjoy cooking for guests and take inspiration from Ottolengi’s (as well as others) vibrant recipes as they prepare organic dishes. As Yotam Ottolenghi says, ‘A well-made salad must have a certain uniformity; it should make perfect sense for those ingredients to share a bowl.’
