Cacao Ceremony - Nicky has been working with cacao medicine for the last 4 years: during this time she has cultivated a deep relationship with the heart opening medicine and has been leading sound and voice journeys for the last few years. Combining the power of stilling the mind with beautiful sounds and cacao medicine can be such a heartfelt experience. 

Sound Healing - The intention to Nicky’s sound journeys is to bring you to inner peace. To help you to loose yourself in the moment and feel the resonance of sound to help balance you physically, mentally,  emotionally and spiritually.  At Lisnavagh Nicky will be holding a cacao ceremony before the sound journey.  She will lead us to share our own voices in song or mantra to open the throat chakra and raise our vibration, before guiding a meditation to bring us to a beautifully relaxed place for the sound journey.  She will be using her own voice and many instruments to bring us on this magical journey.
