
As someone who has overcame crippling anxiety and lack of direction in life I want to share my thoughts and learnings with anyone who might feel the same.
Through various wellness practises such as meditation, gratitude and yoga I have not only overcame a 10 year battle with anxiety but I have also discovered a deeper connection and love within myself.
My wellness day is going to be a self love day, filled with delicious food, slow movement and a vision board workshop.
I want you to leave that evening feeling refreshed, energised, peaceful and self secure in the steps you need to take to align to where you want to be for 2024 while also feeling free of any hang ups that remain from 2023.
