Clodagh's yoga journey started in London 20years ago after a back injury led her to explore the physical benefits of stretching in a yoga class. As the years have passed, her yoga practice has brought welcome physical benefits however it has evolved so the healing psychological calm and spiritual awareness far outweigh yoga’s initial enticement. Originally trained in Vinyasa style yoga, she has since trained in yin, rocket and menopause yoga. Her teaching style is dynamic and fun with lots of encouragement and challenging options for those who want them. She hopes to help you recharge your mind, connecting movement to breath. Clodagh encourages students to let go of self judgment, focus on your own practice, move with breath and kindness to see where it leads you. Ultimately..it’s your yoga, your journey.
Sile’s love for yoga began with a regular Bikram practice also while living in London, where she completed a 200hr TTC in Power Vinyasa in 2016. After 6 months of traveling around Southeast Asia from yoga studio to yoga studio, she finished with a 300hr TTC in Rishikesh in 2017 before returning home to Dublin. While recovering from an injury, she discovered the magic of yin yoga and completed her training in 2019. She teaches a strong, dynamic and energetic flow with a focus on breathwork and a basis in ashtanga yoga, and her yin classes have a strong emphasis on rebound and invite you to explore the deeper layers that can be accessed in a somatic practice. Síle is also a Reiki Master, massage therapist, sound healer and breathwork facilitator.
