Yoga And Sleep

When we are cold, our circulation decreases, which not only slows the effectiveness of the organs, it also lowers our body temperature even more. This can lead to constriction in the muscles, joints and even our perspective. Yoga is Warm and chances are, the cold makes you feel stiff and sluggish. All the more reason to roll out your yoga mat. Warming up your muscles and joints is good for the body, improving circulation, reducing stiffness and cramping, and helping you warm up. Building heat from the inside can keep you moving all day. Our next retreat is on 31st January for two nights see www.lisnavagh.com/yoga ☀️ Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it☀️
