Deepen your experience and knowledge of yoga with an immersive weekend with Pamela Butler with hatha yoga, open discussions, meditation and a mindful eating exercise. There will also be an introduction to cookery and a nature walk through the grounds of Lisnavagh with Emily Bunbury.
During the weekend experience gentle guidance into periods of silence during the weekend to de-muddle the mind and create head space. This new Retreat has been designed by both Pam and Emily as an introduction to Yoga Immersion as well as an opportunity to widen your knowledge of the philosophy behind yoga with collective discussions.
A Yoga Sleep retreat at Lisnavagh is an opportunity to experience some “you” time with expert tuition from Pamela Butler and nourishing food from the Lisnavagh Kitchen. Each person has their own bedroom to enhance sleep and the yoga programme suits all levels to give you the best combination of energising exercise and relaxation as well as to provide the perfect introduction or to kick start your practice. An oasis of calm, Lisnavagh offers woodland walks, wholesome vegan and vegetarian food, cosy fires in a peaceful and natural space.
“The “yoga & sleep” retreat gives me exactly what I need every time I come.”
If a weekend is too much to commit to or time is not on your side treat yourself to a day retreat at Lisnavagh which is located only fifteen minutes off the M9 motorway and easy accessed for the day.
A day retreat is an opportunity to escape and experience a daily yoga programme complete with a welcome juice, a nourishing lunch and afternoon tea from the Lisnavagh Kitchen and if the daylight allows there is time for a woodland or garden walk before returning home refreshed and energised.
These retreats run with the seasons and Lisa Quish brings curiosity, heart and 12 years of experience to her teaching. She enjoys facilitating the immersion process and offer tools to assist in the creation of an easeful life where there is space to slow down and reflect.
Lisa’s teaching is a blend of classical Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa, and is influenced by the seasonal Ayurvedic principles which are incorporated into the energising food produced by the Lisnavagh Kitchen during retreats. As part of the weekend programme you experience powerful mindfulness practices with Sheana Keane.
“This weekend retreat was a revelation. my first yoga retreat experience but certainly not my last.”
