SHADOW YOGA, RELAXATION & VISUALISATION
FRIDAY
5pm Arrival & refreshments
6.30pm – 8pm: Gentle hatha yoga in the shadow style. The first prelude form will be introduced.
Even breathing and basic movements to limber up joints and tissues is the focus of the class.
Relaxation and closing sequence.
8pm - 9pm Dinner
SATURDAY
9am-11:00am – Yoga practice: Introduction to the first prelude form continues.
11.30am - Brunch, followed by garden walks, longer walks, siestas and fireside reading.
4:30pm – 6pm –Restorative class of meditation, relaxation and visualisation. Auto-suggestive
relaxation is taught to give you a useful technique that can be used any time. Basic meditation and
visualisation techniques are taught to give you a simple approach to these powerful processes.
8pm-9pm Dinner
SUNDAY
9am-11am – Yoga practice: continuing the first prelude form. Relaxation and closing sequence.
11:30am – Brunch and depart at leisure
